Healing Anger Group for Women – 6 Weeks to Clearer Boundaries, Calmer Reactions, and Deep Self‑Respect
A live, 6‑week online group for women who are tired of snapping, stuffing things down, or people‑pleasing, and are ready to turn anger into clarity, courage, and connection. Healing anger, is about finding a way to relate to your anger and other difficult emotions in a healthy way. Expand your understanding of yourself and your relationships. Learn alongside others who care enough to change what they do with their anger. Harness the energy that anger provides to establish clear boundaries respectfully.
You may not think of yourself as an “angry person,” yet anger is showing up in unconscious ways.
This group is for you if any of these feel familiar:

What you’ll walk away with
Over six live, 2‑hour video sessions, you will:
- Understand what’s happening in your body when you get triggered (the physiology and neurobiology of anger and other emotions).
- Learn simple, somatic practices to calm your nervous system so you don’t go straight from “fine” to “I can’t believe I said that.”
- Turn anger into clear, respectful boundaries: at home, at work, and in relationships.
- Explore how culture, gender, and your history shaped the way you deal with anger, and begin to rewrite those patterns.
- Recognize the difference between healthy anger and abuse, and what you can do in difficult situations.
- Learn tools that you can build into a practical plan you can use when anger shows up, so you know what to do in the moment, not just in theory.
- Reduce anxiety, increase connection with others and gain compassion
Many women report feeling less alone, more connected, and more in control of their responses by the end of the very first session.

With more than 25 years of experience running Healing Anger groups, we see over and over that women leave feeling lighter, braver, and kinder to themselves.
The group provides a very supportive, respectful, and compassionate approach that allows the transformation of anger into something constructive. Participants expand their insight about themselves and their relationships by reflecting on their own and listening to others’ experiences concerning the themes and ideas presented.
How the Winter 6‑week group works
