Men’s Anger Management Group Online, December 10th – January 28th, 2026

Description

Our groups offer you the chance of learning alongside others who, like you, care enough to change what they do with their anger. The participants expand their understanding of themselves and gain depth in their understanding of relationships from exploring their own and others’ experiences in relation to the ideas we present. People often find that others have similar experiences, or gain insights into how other people’s experiences might be when they are different. The group also provides a very supportive environment where people are treated with respect and understanding that facilitates the transformation of anger into something constructive.

Join us for six 2-hour group sessions by video conference (zoom). By attending this group you can expect to:

• Gain more control over their responses when anger arises
• Understand origins & effects of abuse and what can be done about them
• Hear what has worked for others in similar situations
• Reduce anxiety, increase connections with others and gain compassion
• Develop a clear plan to deal with difficult situations when they arise

Cost

The cost per person for attending a 6-week group session is $695 tax and book included. To register, a non-refundable $195 deposit is required. A sliding scale is available for those on IA or disability. We accept Interac e-transfer, cash, cheque, Visa, American Express, and Mastercard.

Location

By providing these groups online, we have created the chance for people from outside our province, and different parts of the world to join us. We continue to guarantee the same standard and experience of being in an in-person group, now from the comfort of your own space.

If you would like to opt-in for the e-book version of our book instead of being mailed the hardcopy, please let us in the notes section of your order. We have most people join us from Canada, but we also have had people join from many other countries as well.
