Deepening Your Healing — Opening Space for Joy
You asked, and we’re listening.
This new in-person 2-day workshop is for Healing Anger graduates who feel the call to continue their journey in deeper connection.
Co-facilitated by two experienced therapists, Alejandra Proaño, MA (Psych), MA (Lit), MSc, RCC, and Daniela Wladislawoski London, MA, RCC, this space offers a supportive and contained environment where healing unfolds in real time and real relationships.
We want to guide you through each of the primary emotions, sadness, fear, anger, joy, and more…and teach you how your body can hold and process them, so you can enhance your capacity to cope, express, and move through emotions and feelings in a healthy and empowering way.
This is also a space for breaking limiting beliefs and releasing un-serving coping mechanisms, the ones that once protected you, but now keep you from growing into who you truly are. Together, we’ll make room for new possibilities rooted in compassion, embodiment, and emotional freedom.
We’ll work with what’s alive in you, your questions, triggers, and longings, through:

• Nervous System Regulation
• Processing Triggers and Resentment
• Breaking Limiting Beliefs & Unserving Coping Mechanisms
• Opening More Space for Joy
• Compassionate, Body-Based Inquiry
• Honoring the Body as a Container of Emotions
Each session includes trauma-informed grounding, safety practices, dedicated time for each participant, and integration.
