A 6-week transformative course for women who are done stuffing it down, exploding, and repeating the same exhausting patterns.

This isn’t about suppressing your anger or being told to “calm down.”

This course teaches you to befriend your anger, to understand its wisdom, work with its energy, and transform reactive patterns into conscious, empowered responses.

Join us for six 2-hour group sessions by secure video-conference platform, alongside other women who care enough to change what they do with their anger.

Week 4: Learning From Abuse

  • What happens when conflict escalates at home
  • Learning about our conditioning and recognising our destructive patterns and what we can do about them
  • Exploring the different experiences of anger in relationships
  • Learning what conflict resolution looks like when done well

Week 5: Conscious Communication

  • Moving from reactive to conscious communication
  • Communication styles in conflict
  • Understanding the physicality of words and what’s not said
  • Apologizing, Self-forgiveness and Sacred Rage

Week 6: Strong Compassionate Boundaries

  • The Art of Setting Boundaries
